Proc Chance on weapons?

Just to clarify:
The proc % chance should or was set individually for every item with a proc on it. Values could be the same for simmilar items. They also could be totally different and based on the item itself and the realm the item is from. This being said, e.g. Midgard items could have an overall lower proc % chance since the realm has access to celerity which increases the attacks per second which increases the average proc count even the items base proc % chance is lower. (I do not know this!) As Blue stated, we currently use a hardcoded 2.5% per second which translates into a proc % chance for items based in their SPD setting. As Abydos stated, research is needed on a individual item basis to get either livelike values or a feeling how live values are set (randomly or based on a pattern but still for every item). Do drop items have a higher chance to proc than crafted weaps with player made procs? Assuming the drop and crafted item are same speed. I don't know if its true but it feels like they proc a little more often.

As I wrote above on Uthgard items have a hardcoded proc chance. Theres no difference between crafted and dropped weapons. First investigations show that we have an even slightly higher proc chance than live servers have. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

Should be prove enough that drop items obtained from big encronters like DRagons, Legion (and SI Dungeons ofc ![]() But highly doubt we get the exact value ever, since most of the encounters and their drops got reworked / removed over the past years. |

Let us assume it was true. This would lead to problems. Since celerity is no longer exclusive for midgard, the proc chances would have had to be lowered in the other realms as well. Problem: Pendragon would show a lower chance now if we tested, then it was back then. Then we got the issue of double-procs. Did the procs just get half chance each, or what actually happened? To be fair, droped items should proc more often, especially those that come from hard encounters. Think of it as scaling from same as crafted, to like 2.5x crafted for those super rare weapons that come from the final bosses in places like Tuscarian Glacier. It would make no sense for a dropped weapon from a blue to 50 mob to proc more often then crafted, and as often as Dragonstorm. (But then again, Mythic was never good at logical decisions |

Not exactly on topic but I have been looking for reactive effects rate on armor/shield for some time. Anyone knows if it's a fixed value or maybe does the rate change with the attacker's weapon speed. Any idea about rate's value?
