Hello,
I'm back in Uthgard since 2 weeks, and i would like to recover my old account. When i create this account no e-mail adress were ask. So i remeber my account log but not my password. I made request on the site, callgm , send Abydos but no answer. You can send me in game at Soria (Scout alb) Thank you, Dragonya  |

Please click the 'account recovery' link on the left menu, follow the prompts. If no e-mail is set, you will reach a form where you must provide some information. This information is placed into a work request that GMs process as soon as we are able. Provide as much information as you can.

I can retry with all things i can remember, but now i try to log with my new account and i have " your account is banned from this server type" ? Request number : #3439 Thank you |

this message ususally means that you are trying to connect to Uthgard using an unsupported client version. Make sure you downgrade your game.dll to a version 1.109 or less. |

I don't have news from the staff concerning my request ( #3439) . May be some screenshots from Live server ( my Main Char RR11 Reaver Dragonya) can prove i am the owner of the account of Uthgard. Thank you   |
