Is the "slow weapon bonus" implemented on Uthgard?

Hit a level 1 mob, use the formula.

well on my ranger, i get a damage cap of 527 with my bow. 5.7 spd bow, 35+15 bow spec, 16.5 dps, MP.
According to the formula is this correct to what i should have ? Also does arrow type damage bonus play into the damage cap and if so, should the damage cap be minus the arrow bonus to find the currect value to calc with that formula. I was using the best arrow type. |

Slow weapon bonus is implemented and even tested. It has been shown that the above formula is not correct in detail. I remember that it was not a 2 in the formula but 2.5. Uthgards implementation is based on live tests.

i haven't tested the formula but i can say from experience that when i respecced from sword to axe and got access to a .2 slower main hand that the difference was definitely noticable even on such a small scale.
