It's just that mid is full of kids that only want to play on the "I WIN" realm.Mid is deserted since hib got all reliks, and hib overpopulated...strange. Fun to see rvr theses last days. When mids get ganked when there's 3fg of each realm in emain, they suddenly diseapears and then,it's 5fg hib and 3 fg alb left... |

@ Kaltess your statement is false.
Usually when friends play together, if some of them quit, they will all quit. The fact that they did it when hibs got the relics was a coincidence. Also i dont think hibs were able to take the relics if mids were still active. Maybe a few joined hib, but most of them quit playing except Anguish who plays alb as far as i know. EdN became inactive, also Seraphin and most of GdRW. Without us there is no midgard as u can see. Trust me, you dont know better than me what happened in midgard, at least until 2 months ago. Edit: and most of the mids that quit werent kids. |

Like Runis said, I don't think the relic situation has anything to do with realm pop. It's just a matter of natural fluctuations. Like, it's perfectly possible that TC and Shangri La would quit and then people will call hib rvr dead again. As the zerg event showed, there's enough people in every realm. As soon as one or two groups from one realm are inactive for a bit, people start ringing the alarm bell.
As far as I know Anguish hasn't played alb for months, last time I saw em was on mid and that too was atleast two weeks ago. Seemingly just inactive. GdRW still has (semi-)GGs a few times a week. |

I tried this out and it looks like this (data of all 3 weeks): ![]() Not that much interesting I would say. The average realmranks are already similar. And if I do this with the data of 10 weeks or so, they will be pretty even. So I dont think I will continue this one. |

Seems not many Spiritmasters RvR. Do Spiritmasters not have the ability to do much RvR? Solo or wanted for groups? Been thinking of making one, but will go Runemaster if not.
|
|
Currently I see more spiritmasters solo and runemasters grouped. For soloing the spiritmaster is the best choice out of the two because of the strong intercept rate and useful aoe and single mezz. |
|
spiritmasters are nice for caster groups in my opinion - strong enough spec lifetap, aoe d/q and s/c debuffs, pet for rupts (or for guarding you), pbae to clear theurg pets easy, and back up CC with single mezz, pbae mezz and aoe mezz... very nice class overall even though you lack the imba dps of a dark RM the main problem you will face is people's attitudes, most people here have pretty narrow views ![]() I two-shot Zerkers

You have to go for splitspec to get all 35 41 ^^ |
|
nah not needed, resists arent that bad on debuffs (shouldn't be anyway)
low pbae is enough to kill pets I two-shot Zerkers

main reason why spiritmasters dont play much in rvr is basically people's attitude... perfect setup and such...
usually the groups that ran with me could see that a SM isnt a bad group char at all when those people didnt play as much any more (or found out that i have a paci, a zerk and a skald, too ^^) i didnt get as many invites with that char any more |
|
A powerfull setup with a SM is like this! And i know what im talking about, i ran this setup in the guild i founded on Excalibur in the days before TOA came out!
1 pac healer 1 mend healer 1 skald 1 shaman 1 supp rm 2 supp sm's 1 thane/warrior this setup and u will beat almost everything if u get the right players! And go for the thane instead of the warrior, since the thane can help do interrupts and ae dmg, then the sm's moves forward to pbaoe, the healer sutns ofc, the RM ae snare dmg, thane ae hammer, sm's pbaoe! That is very high ae dps tat setup makes, and still a setup there also can beat a tank grp easy! |
|
Would be nice if the intercept code on SMs was fixed.
