Hi, I'm trying to create my first character here, and I have a rather strange problem.

I created my account, and my first character in Albion. I then logged out, logged back in, and got the Realm selection screen, so I created another char in Hibernia, then logged out again, but now I can't access my Albion char!

I deleted my (only) Hibernia char, and now whenever I login to my account I get only empty Create a Character slots for Hibernia, and can't change to Albion.

I know my Albion char still exists because it says the name is taken.


So someone, please, how can I get back to Albion on my account?



Edit:

I tested it out a little with another account, it seems the problem is in the REALM button on the bottom of the character selection screen. Normally when you delete all chars from one realm, you click the button and are taken to the Realm selection screen. For some reason, this button doesn't work in my original account.


P.S. I use the LoTM client.

...and that sounds exactly like what happened to me. So, could an admin please change my account back to Albion?

this sound like you mistyped your account name when logging in the second time, so you accidentally created a new (empty) account.

If not, please come to IRC and ask a GM in #uthgard to check this.
