They spam shrooms because they know you will come. I notice most FG's come up to the gate but dont run through. Where stealthers and small groups walk in and complain when they get shroomed. Camp your own milegate and the enemies will come to you.

If we will camp our milegate you never will come because animist only know run to his camp, and in mmg he will die ever and if animist die other hib stealthers too because god caster cant help.

Camp keep walls, shroom all over the place, wait for the enemy to come (which the wont! with 10 billion shrooms in front of them!). Wait some more.. cast some more shrooms... *the small amount of tanks left in BGs sometimes leave the CK and run to the inc* Oh look some ppl are actually approaching their enemy! Go there, cast more shrooms, hope for some pro leeching, .............

Well.. yea. I can't stand the general animist attitude in RvR. Camp, cast shrooms, lure, run, hope for shrooms to kill, dont think further than forest hearts, ...

It's a disease !

Use your tanglers, use your bombs, use your lifetap, do something USEFULL for a change!

(I play hib..)

PS: 2nd scenario happens in braemar every day, that's why hibs practically have it 24/7. Animists have TOTALLY ruined braemar, other BGs seem to be doing better, tho bridges in wilton are just as bad sometimes.

Yes, its a huge advantage in lower BGs. It 100% impossible to even try in Braemar vs any animist. Most just leave cause animist pets at low lvl is like fighting another full group. Animist have ruined Brae just like he said. Seriously, when are they going to put a cap on the number of pets?

the thing is, there is a cap on pets but it's so high it doesn't really matter, when 30 pets nuke it's as good as if 1000 pets nuked you, you are toast

also weird thing, I never ever resisted single spell from mushroom, are they supposed to be immune to resists? they are blue mobs after all...

Not anymore. After these Shroom HP nerfs and some other Animists nerf. Animist is completly useless for every group.

Before it was funny with a shroom farm behind a tree to kill theu pets or to help killing a tank who run to far away from his group. But now? Totally useless in grp. RvR.

And guys. You really ask why all these animists do this?

Maybe cause he cant do anything else then his shrooms? Salbei post a screen in another theard here. Bomber dmg: 230 (Target: 0% Resists on dmg type)... very low dmg for the highest dmg cast in DAoC, isn't it?

So before you ask the next time.. why all those animists just could camp mg's or whine about more nerfs for the Animists. Use your brain. Thanks a lot.

Mfg

I dont say anything... just i'm happy that the Insta Life Leech will be set up from 4 sec. to 8 sec. if the pets will be implemented. Very nice! Then the Bonedancer is a caster and not a tank like atm.

And if the Animist will be completly implemented, the whine about such strong bombers will be much higher then the whine about the shrooms i think. Cause then a Animist dont need to camp to kill you.

pets and 2 or 3 luri shades. If you are stealther they desthealth you and run camp, and shroms kill you in 2-3 seconds. Or animist spam shoorms and stay behind one tree. If you try kill him he ever run camp and you cant do nothing, or shrooms kill you or camp guards or some adders.
Only salbei run with fg rest of animists camp hmg no more.

Well, dont zerg them, maybe "these shades" wont camp with Animists then!

Btw Theurgs can kill other players by standing in the camp too.

Clarex well yea but as a lvl 35 ani in brae i'm sure u can do a lot more than just camping the keep and spam shrooms.

The nerf isnt noticable there imo, people did it before, ppl still doing it so..

In agra, yea probably way different of course.

They play like that because they don't know how to play the class. So they'll kill you once because you weren't cautious. They'll never do it again if you have half a brain so what's the big deal hehe.

The Number of Animists in Brae is a Problem, not the Number of Shrooms :P

I played Mid for a while and i had great fun teaching my groups how not to get killed by Animists and how to kill Animists, its realy easy.
You just have to learn how to do it.

If you run into shroom farms more than once, think about this:

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me :P
