Alright, planning my first template here. Problem is, my first is a druid and Im an anti-social bum, so I have no friends. This leads to me having to get the set as cheap as possible (no g-farm power) and the drop items preferably from easy mobs I can farm with a small group.

Utility 32 bracer.. I mean.. what? I've browsed item databases and this is about what I've found to be semi-useful for a regrowth druid. As you can probably see, I desperately need help. Im not aiming for teh perfect setup, but rather get something semi-useful and as cheap/easy as possible. Even the Orey ring and Glimmershade bracer might be hard to get. Upgrade later when Im rich and sexy.. if needed.

Also, I have a couple of questions.. why should I try to get any quickness or strength? Or skill bonuses in nurture or nature?

As bracer, you could take a look at Midar's bracers, or get a 2nd bracer from sheeroe hills.
You should also look for a better belt.

I could post my sc but I don't think it will help as many items would be impossible to get :p

Anyway, capping quickness and strength can help in a few situations (mostly to kill theurg pets) but it's really not necessary unless you want to play solo ^^
About nurture bonuses, in theory you need 50 with bonus to have the best base buffs. So depending of your spec and your rr, you can calculate how much you need on your sc.
Bonuses in nature are totally useless (i assume you are not nature speced)

All easy to get and caps it all and u can pick out the shield u thinks look the kewlest. druids are one of the easier things to template here

Any tips for a cloak? Juugernaut Healing cloak costs about 1.5p. Too much for me.

when you are a drood, just take a tank (and maybe a bard) and farm that cloak

I farmed Jugger on my druid with a hero + a campfire. It doesn't drop everytime but it's better than wasting 1,5p on a easy to get cloak.

btw that warshadow bracer only drops from the NE warshades, the closest ones to entrance drop nothing, I dont know whether this is a bug or not.

If it is, please fix it.

If it's not, please give a decent warshade spawn in the NE, cus there's max 4 warshades next to eachother there.. :s
