stahlhagel, why dont u organize it urself ,)?

i also did so, some1 has to take the oppertunity of organizing a raid or organizing a sg

there just must be some kind of 'leader' who takes the oppertunity ;)

but if u do so, never forget: play as a team (realm) and dont think ur opinion is the best

for sure, there is the sentence: thrusting is good, controlling is better.

but: other ppl also may have good ideas and ur bg as a whole see more things than u can see alone

so always be open to new minds, but dont forget that there must be a leader who gives commands on the one hand, and on the other hand tries to be fair for everyone

Don't argue with idiots - they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

This is my opinion sorry if you dont like it.

Midgard needs more mages, runemasters namely. As it is midgard has no active RMs thus no nearsight which is a major disadvantage when fighting large numbers of mages. Even though mages on uthgard are underwhelming damage-wise compared to some tanks (which should not be possible) in large numbers tanks will not stand a chance without proper support.

Well, Sonnenschein summed it all up already: The "random alliance" has driven out guilds like Almas de Cantaro, Chaos, Engel des Nordens.
Those guilds have been driven out by permanent zerging/adding. Zerging is now the one thing Midgard can't do, because they have neither organisation nor enough players... funny, isn't it?

if sonnenschein said it all, why do you even need to talk? go do something useful ^^
this discussion has been held many many times, why dig it up again? both sides weren't doing everything right

ON TOPIC:

The organisation isnt the big problem, its just hard to motivate people.

Haiden did a great job at organizing people into a working Battlegroup. Our only problem was that we just got outnumbered at a certain point and weren't able to get more.

Same situation when i kind of had the leadership forced on me ;) we just suffered from our lower numbers, everything else went fine (i did profit from Haiden's groundwork though ^^)

Preety strange that in midgard those players were "driven out" by zerging, and now they zerg on other realms, eh? :)

Those players that left were good only by their RR, and now they have to zerg because they cant play independent with their crap chars.

Midgard will rise again, in time.

Let's not mix things up. Running a 10 man grp and roaming agra to look for enemies isn't a lack of RR, it's a pure lack of skill, organisation or just the intentiont or TRY to play better than your enemies.

RR isn't everything, when will ppl start to realise this? :?

Lol Runis... we zerg because we have satisfaction in zerging u to show u how bad it this can be ;)

Most times I try to run with a group of 8 but our guild is not completely 50 so no chance to build a guildgroup yet.

Btw. stop QQ it was zerg against zerg and most time we did not start but react ^^
And Relicraid is zerg aswell no chance to get round this....

Anyways in Midgard I got the most RP's with 8on8 and I will do most of my RP's in Albion with 8on8 (beside the RR i got in BG's since BG is always zerg - cannot change this)

No I could tell you that you play bad... but I'm not as u.. so I will stop this now here where it cannot escalade again...

So lets stay on topic now? Not nice of u to change the topic into flaming while Stahlhagel trys to do something!
