Qbars restarting

Everytime I log into Uthfard I have to setup my qbars. Is there a reason why they are resetting after I log off? Can someone help me?

-Quitting with /qtd will not save the quickbars, use /q instead.
-the .ini files must not be write-protected.
-insufficient user rights to overwrite/change the .ini files?

This is not always true.. I use /qtd all the time.. and this has happened to me only twice.. it's a known bug on live too.. there is another post regarding this topic as well if i'm not mistaken :)

My Qbars on my Shamen get all messed up when I level/train and get new spells... No save issue, just jumbles them all around when new spells are available...

happens when you make a toon with the same name on a different shard too. ini getting overwritten then.

Druid/Bard/Warden Quickbars are messed up each level too.

cleric, shaman, and healer too..but only messed up if you got a new ability..
i miss my Lady....
