Server Cap still 500?

I was online and on a horse. I clicked over to check email during the ride and when I came back I got the Service Unavailable message.

There looks to be 522 online, but it will simply not let me log in.

What is the issue?

N/M the server isn't even on the list atm.

looks like the server 'crashed' again?

I'm just wondering.. is there anything the community can do to prevent these things from happening? Because it's the third time the last 3 days now that the server suddenly went down like this... :cry:
