Create a subforum specifically for topics which consist of whining about adding, greykilling or zerging.

imo this is a serious, good idea. I know many forums with such a sub.
subjective experience should be seperated from serious discussion based on facts.
however, look at this "RvR"-subforum and its threads, then you see your idea is not so new at all, but has already been realised.

what else could that mean but greykilling, zerging, flaming, whining...?
people just have to take the whole subforum less seriously.
