Hello everybody,
first post here, been searching around the forums, checking in the rules
and by now i'm pretty sure it is not mentioned anywhere, and if it is, i must have missed it and i apologize. The only thread regarding this issue that i found was about characters lost due to a server crash. I have made a /callgm but i somehow feel it wasn't the right place to ask about this. It is not my character that i'm asking to be restored, but a fellow guildmate's. I know he should be the one asking about it, yet he is not pretty fluent in english so he asked me to do it. So, the question is:
is it possible to restore a deleted character? Is the slot where the deleted
character used to be going to be affected if there is another character there?
if yes, where should I ask for the character to be restored?

Rules:
§3.4 If a character has been deleted, we will not restore the character. To delete a character you have to confirm your command by typing “yes”. You know what you are doing and there will be no restoration.

If it was deleted because of a bug or a crash you might have a chance to get it restored.
