Yes seems that on my entire account my mouse is stuck on pan i cant select anything on every character i have it just keeps panning and if i held the pan button it would be like flipped and stop panning i could move the mouse arrow but not select anythign after listening to a tell after telling my problems on broad i select set to rpg setting on teh keyboard control window and now i cant select ANYTHING at all i cant even adjust the keyboard controls so yeahhhhhhhhh what can i do ?

Other possibility Alt + Tab => minimizes the game
After tabing back it's normal again ^^
