I wanted to roll up a Spiritmaster, pretty much for PVE only. I was going to go full summoning.
1. I wanted to ask to make sure the pet was implemented and working. 2. Advice on race/stats/spec for summon sm. Thanks. |

true, i just couldnt imaging thats rly just pvm only^^ for rvr its kobi 15 dex, but... pvm frostafl should work better ~Sinalco~

My question regarding cast speed cap was aimed at the proposal to give a kobold 15 pts of dex. Maybe those starting points could be used better atm, as long as the cap (50% of delve cast time) is in effect.

Totally agree with Lev, if you are only aiming for pve with that char . I d only add that i better to add 15 piety and 10 to dex to cast a little bit faster ( dmg shield like small heal if need ) . |
