hi, im encounting a problem for some time now: whenever i see an enemy in df, its considered "yellow" most of the time. after a kill, it suddenly turns grey / green / blue.
is there a way to fix that ? dont want to waste my time on greys.

i always thought that lvl 35 players appear yellow already, cause they are grey when dead.

so if you want to make sure you are not a greykiller, you have to take the time to check the herald before you strike^^

A player with /anonymous flag on will shown as a level 50 to all players of another realm. If they die, they con their original color.
Or, atleast that's the way it should work.

old rumor..but a fakt here..

non-anonymous = true color (grey, green, blue, yellow, orange, red, purple)
anonymous (but original grey to you) = yellow until he die
anonymous (but original color green, blue, yellow) = yellow until he die
anonymous (but original orange, red, purple) = original color

dont know why it is so..but it is so (at least for me)

Never experienced that ... on myself or enemies. Might be a bug with your client, then.

Every enemy level 35 upwards will show at least yellow, although Level 35 is actually grey for a level 50 char.

If that's true, all my enemies in DF are anon? Can't believe that. I only see yellow and gray enemies everywhere..

all i see are greys and yellows, too. the problem is, after kill, some yellows turn out to be greys.
how about this: yellow = lvl35+ (for lvl50) and anon greys ? would fit the observations in df :)

That's hokey!

Razzer wrote:All players (enemies) higher than 36 are shown as yellow when they are alive.

I think this is only that way, when you are lvl 50. According to this, every 37+ enemy is shown to you as yellow then.

But - does a lvl 37 player con green to a lvl 50 player? Maybe a lvl 37, or even 38 player cons grey to a lvl 50 player? I don't know it, but that would explain it.

Or - Razzer's statement is wrong (although that happens very seldom ^^) and maybe on Uthgard, lvl 35+ players are shown as yellow to a level 50 player.

It must be something like that. That /anon-theory is crap.
