I wondering what these weapons are...I know they have some "special" effects...like?

They're quite hard to get and you can't even SC it! It comes with stats. Which stats? You have to remake your temp cause of that weapon and weapon itself is not cheap already.

Are they stronger than normal weapons? Do they have any special look or they look like any normal weapon?

they have a special look, they're all masterpiece and have 5 stats instead of 4 (one skill increase, 2 stat increases, 2 resists)

and some of them have speed that you can't get othervies (4.2 delay sword)
