i am really loving emerikols, this is the best ui i have ever tried, i reccomend all install this hehe. puts exp, rxp, and cxp bubbles down to 0.00 decimal, hp, mana, stam to %, is auto balanced transparencies, and incorporates clock into your healthbar lol.

Interesting topic!
I didn't get any custom UI running yet. Thats because i'm not using Windows. All the UIs I know need some configuration by a special setup program. And alle these setup programs don't work with Linux/Wine/Cedega.

So I'm highly interested in a custom UI which can be installed without any setup. Just copy it in the folder, maybe set up some parameters manually in a file and use it!

Does anyone have any experience with Custom UIs and Linux? Does anyone know any UIs installable by just copying?

Thanks in advance!

emerikols uses a setup file, but not sure if it would work for linux

I loved to use EggySohwyn's UI, It's quite nice and has some interesting features, also a lot of options to choose, though I haven't gotten it to work with a font that doesnt lag the **** out of me when I get a message or go in Combat mode. So I only use it in PvE atm, since combat text is hardly necesary there, and it has a nice 'SeeThroughDAoCWithThisScreenSoYouCanWatchVideosWhileLeveling' screen, leveling tends to suck now without South Park :p

No font lag with Emerikols ? Might try it out..

Goodie ! I'll check it out

Also, daoc resolution should be the same as desktop resolution for the seethrough window.

Just plug in a second Monitor and you don't need any strange seethrough things.
