A friend of mine, Zrawkor, has some problems with daoc recently after not playing for a while. He can log in without any problem at all but as soon as he zones into another zone his game shuts down. He gets a black screen and after a while a windows error appears asking him to send an error report.

When he /qtd's he gets the same error.

Any idea what the cause of this may be? Malware or a problem with his GFX card or processor?

It's just the all round error that u get when any windows application crashes. I'm sure u know them.
They ask u if u want to send a report to microsoft about the problem.

anything has been changed since you stopped playing? is your version 1.90?

Nope, my version is still 1.89. I'm gonne start patching right away..

I guess I better just reinstall daoc.
