When use Buff on pets (double cost\strenght) in summoning line, but even Healer BaseCost, Nothing Change, I'm sure of it.

I think Buffs generally don't work on spirit master pet. (works only DamageShield 60sec buff)

I know you are working on it, but they say me to ask here.

Thank You

Con buffs should definitely have some significant effect on incoming damage. It increases absorb and was done that way some days ago. How do you determine whether "nothing changes".
It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

You cant influence the HP pool by a buff. Heals should have effect on your pet. Con Buffs increase absorb on pets instead HP-Pool.

because i thought the absorb would not be effected by buffs on my SM pets, i did a quick test. i killed three werewolf churls in varulvhamm without buffs and then three with buffs. i'm a lvl34 SM with 30+4 summoning. the werewolf churls were all lvl34 (because they all conned yellow). the buffs were Vitality of Valhalla, Valkyrie's Vigilance and Spirit of Battle. the pet used was the spirit fighter.

incoming damage on pet
-----------------
ohne Buffs
Anzahl 89
Range 24 bis 41
Schnitt 31.82

mit Buffs
Anzahl 113
Range 22 bis 37
Schnitt 29.09
-----------------

damage done by pet
-----------------
ohne Buffs
Anzahl 71
Range 16 bis 27
Schnitt 21.56

mit Buffs
Anzahl 111
Range 16 bis 27
Schnitt 19.05
-----------------

the damage done by the pet seems not be be affected by the buffs and the reduction of the incoming damage seems to low to me. in 100 taken hits the buffs did reduce the damage for 3 pts (average) only. i can send my chat.log if this is needed.

3 points decrease at an average of 32 would be 10% - that's alot IMO.

And test on level 5 or so pets are not really relevant.
I personally ran a battery of test with a lvl 40 pet, and the strength significantly raise the damage of the cap.
As well as haste d/q increase speed and decrease dmg per hit.

So far the effect is present fo all buff, now to tell if it's exact my knowledge of spiritmaster is almost inexistent to do anything valuable.

Regards,
Pirith.

the spirit fighter pet was lvl29. every other pet would be lvl29 too.
the fighter is the only pet a summ SM will use in pve, because it has no defensive abilities. this is good because then the pet will get hit more and thus you do more dps through the focus shield.

when it comes to the buffs, i don't care about the damage output of the pet (in pve), all i care about is the absorb gained. i like to do another test with shaman buffs, but unfortunately varulvhamm was completely empty yesterday.
