How about adding a relic (s) to fight over and whomever owns it gets a few realm guards (high level ones) to spawn at the leveling spots in agramon. That way groups can still go after levelers (arghh ) and levelers can have some incentive to participate in rvr / sieges along with the 50s if they get some sort of protection / reward for owning the relics. An attacking group could potentially kill the leveling group but they would at least be harried by the guards or perhaps killed in their attempt to kill the leveling players. The guards should be immune to crowd control so that the group/individuals have to kil the guards. The guard could have a large aggro radius and respawn rather quickly to incentivize people to move out of the area. Attacking players within the range of the guard will set the guard aggro off to go after the attacking player (so in effect the guards act as a pet on defensive mode). Killing the guards would also produce realm spam notifications so that players can rush to the aid of the guard(s) or at least know where attacking players are at.

at the relic idea ^^

i've always thought those were a good idea.

I enjoyed OFs Relic idea better tho. each keep that you control gave more guads to the Relic keep. so a relic keep might have up to erm was it 8 keeps? so 8 different guilds could report the relic was under attack ^^

We went into Agramon to xp last night with a Duo. We cruised around and looked at the possibilities and saw a Solo Alb running. We Mezzed him and went in for the kill. He annihilated us. It took him about 20 seconds to kill me and the bard and I had TWF on him the whole time. I am SCEd and at 3l6.

This is why people stay out of Agramon rvr. We are just not ready for it. 50 vs 50 is fair but 3l6 vs say 8l0 is a huge gap. Its like letting a grown man fight a child. I will eventually goto rvr in Agrmon but not untill I have more RA's. That is why Thid is there. Its not just to become 50th but to leave with a Major Ra completed so you are competitive.

The sad thing is alot of people have stopped playing there lvl 50's becuase they have low RPS and will never get a chance to go back to Thid so they get ****** stomped daily like we did. Fortunately we have a safe haven to train now before 50th. Remember the only way to earn rps is to win.

he never complained about him winning ;) he just simply stated that due to people like him that has spend this much time on uthgard already thid is needed to close the gab between new and old players

Imo exp rate has never been worse. Indeed the 500% exp on players is a good thing, although it's not as good as it sounds. I went to braemar on my runemaster at lvl 31, I capped out rr (2L2) in 2 days, ended up lvl 33, now I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere. Bonus exp is good, but I dunno how or why did they increase RP rate in the bgs (same time as they increased lvl caps) but it was a huge change. I remember getting ~30 rps for a solo kill in braemar, that number went up by 500% as well so basically it's the same ol' ******, only you cap out rr much faster and gtfo out of the bg.

u get 10x xp now killing players? cant base anything from back then on how it will be now

You get 500% (5x) exp for players (as you would for the same lvl mob).

Nixian you must know, Flaming doesnt recognize positive changes but rather likes to complain about every detail ;)

Btw, the RP gain had a wrong formula on Uth thats all. It was in no way what live or other servers have. Don't know who did the formula but it was plain wrong.
