to downgrade, change ur update.dat to the eu-version. look at the tutorials how to do that.
Realm versus Realm means:
Everybody of some Realm, against everyone of the other Realms.. <img src="http://opakwertheim.mine.nu/sig.php?chars=Fortius;Jelhenna;Mhaerion;Elkhas;Kheran;Geneva;Deheaeniera;Kaeron;Throgrus;Colibri;Khalinos;Rhelaine;Kheldan;He |

Just a comment that might be usefull if you are totally new to Daoc (and for future new players)
The first time I tried to make Daoc run on Uthgard I overpatched too and was told to downgrade. I had this feeling that "downgrade" would mean removing the excess of data that has been patched. No, it is not like that. You actually patch all way from zero patch to the version you want, even if it is below the one that you curently have. You do not subtract anything. That is why I recomend in tutorials for people to totally uninstall daoc before trying to patch again to a version below their curent one: things tend to mix each other and do a big crap. It was only after I reinstalled and patched from a brand new daoc directory that the game finally launched for Uthgard. Before that it would just not go... even displaying the right version on the top left corner of screen. |
