Can't get epic quest lv10 ranger

I didn't get epic quest at lv 5 and I went to the ranger trainer in Tir na nog. I saw the yellow circle but when I right clicked on her, no quest shows up and the circle is gone. It only says I've received lv10 epic quest but it's not in the quest journal. Is it a bug cause I didn't get it at lvl5?

Afaik there is not epic quest in hibernia yet. Just the level 1-5 starterquest. The yellow circle you saw at your trainer is the free armor torso you get at level 10, 15, 20, 25.
