I think the best way for the Cross realming would be: Set a IP Timer for those that try another Realm, say if they like to hope arond make it they cant log into another realm for 30mins-1Hr before they can join :+) @This topic Treat others How you Have been Treated. Thats what i learned from alot of players on this server, But i could remember The Golden rule being Different?? was it like: Treat others how you wish them to treat you? oh well. Main point some of our Older players have there RULES about uthgard, and dont fallow what our GMS wish to have uthgard be A RvR server. So, I'll treat others just how they treat me, If you have added on me in the Past I'll add on you, If you let me Die ( as in watching me Die, and you can do something. )in the past I'll Add on you, If you Kill me with 2 Different Realms I'll Add on you. I know Daoc is a Realm vs Realm Vs Realm server and I'll fallow those rules, But I'll Give Respec to the people who have shown it to me. Bows down to these: Mids: Mainly the Guild Chaos, They always Bow down to me when they get me Or my Ranger lol even let me finish a fight between me and a inf. But main respec towards /hugs Redcat and Masterpiece. Hibs: respec towards some of the lower guilds but mainly these 2 guilds have always been friendly to me. Blood Angels and Ordine Dei Dragoni I get Invites from them all the time for some good RvR fun. Albs:I havent ran into a good over all guilds yet, But there been mainly single players that have always been nice. /hugs towards Nynvandane. Ones that give you respec, Give it to them in return. and thats all we can do. Sal |

The answer is no, because I can't see them cooperating. You do not have to attack everyone. Although it is unsuitable for a small community like ours, they did not violate a rule. At least not visibly on that screenshot.
That's what we are going to work on soon, but there are 2 problems. We have some players living together with others who play in different realms, but are playing from the same connection. We can't close the game for them. In addition it is very easy to change the IP address for all players with dynamic hosts. |

also maybe make a system where you can "aply" for 2 realms on 1 IP where staff has to "open" this for those IPs.. (code vise it could be a IF; account - xxxxx is marked with x in DB allow 2 realms) or something like that? that way staff just had to mark those accounts that is allowed 2 realms on 1 IP that way each cheater has to try and fool the staff with an lame exuse for needing that mark (which I think will be hard since staff has cought people buffbotting who fooled me) |

Sorry but you are talking of a big abuse of "Spy"-accs or something...
If you relog to another realm and know what's up in the other - so what? If you aren't strong enough to kill the others you won't be it with information either! So where is the real problem with Cross Realming? - Information? -> IRC / TS - Cooperation with an Enemy -> TS Is there a problem if you have twinks in another realm and log them when there is no action in your realm and there is a friend who wants to level with you in another realm? Yes? Than this would end in just one realm, and if it's empty -> other server I don't see a big problem im cross realming anymore, it can be a possibility to explore the other realms with the starter quests and know the enemy classes in RvR better. To me that looks like you are bound to add on virtually anyone you'll ever meet. Have I somehow missed the point? What do you expect players to do when they arrive at 'your' fight? Besides, this 'eye for an eye' policy is seriously outdated. Following that path makes you part of the problem. Imagine, all you are complaining about are folks that behave just like you... someone has treated them that way in the past, now they do it to you, you do it to others who might not have known better, meaning you keep teaching them henceforth that it's normal behaviour adding fights, ensuring this pracice to be continued as long as players act according to the rule you stated above. Those screens(http://img501.imageshack.us/img501/8305 ... pa6.th.jpg, http://img501.imageshack.us/img501/6121 ... xj8.th.jpg), in contrary to those posted initially, look to me like a server-freeze situation, I got several of those on my own harddisk. Or just a friendly sit-in... no one has to kill anyone here if we don't want, and that's a very good rule. Not too long ago this wasn't as clearly stated by our staff as Nayru just did it here. But cross-realm teaming is a different story, even more so against a solo player. Proving that with nothing but a few screenshots seems impossible, though. Fraps it, /call immediately, that's about all I can think of that might help if anything can. After all, this is RvR, 3 realms involved, and everyone is free to choose whom we want to attack and whom to spare for whatever reason. |

they also add /rofl to a /hug, /kiss or a bow before a fight? O.o @Nethvaethor Im Also talking about 8 man groups. I've been in suchs fights where one guild Yells out Dont Add, then when your Group gets in a 8vs8 fight they Add, just mins before yelling at you not to. Also most of the time I PM a Friend before Adding with my ranger when i see inc in argamon. ( Most of the time ) Now think this is a Realm vs Realm game. so when i solo or duo I always take a chance in getting Ganked, no biggie, But when you have no assistance from Your Realm and they just yell at you each time you try to RvR you start getting the same Mind set as them. Hell I should start posting some of the nice /B Messages that i see. -Most- are not Pointed at me But. an example. 1) Dont Add 2) TO MANY HIBS OUT HERE GO TO MID/ALB 3) WHY DIDNT YOU HELP, ( mins before yelling at you not to Add) Lol and a few nights ago while i was in DF. 4) Theres Only 4 Mids Out Here and No One Better Add On Them While We Are Here. ----------------- You will normaly Find my Ranger now, protecting the Greys/Greens in DF when we have it, just to get away from the chaos thats in argamon. My BM is pretty much on the Bench here on uthgard.... |

@Duke , players like salidor getting respected by us and hugged and bowed everytime we see them , good players will be remembered , greyganker and evil ppl get a rude and no hidden /rofl or stuff.
@Salidor /hug /hug what else should i say? the old players from uthgard here with high rr , the 500plats and fatest drops possible ingame do their own rules, everyone talking about *the little community* *keep it fair* *dont add* *8vs8! 2vs2* and so on... people making duel channels/8vs8 channels on irc to get rvr just if they wanna have some , another ppl in rvr pop out , woot dont add fu**** , even if its a small community this is daoc , daoc means war, all players of all realms against the other realms, the only thing that we hear everytime is you ruined the rvr, why you added, now they all log out , if you go on with that rvr mentality uthgard will never become a rvr (livelike) server, low rr players have no chance for getting some rps or have some fun because the high rr dont wanna take them , the low rrs quit or play in the BG's so long that they get bored and they quit playing uthgard, players are unfriendly to each other , what is wrong in fighting 20vs20 ? or take all the noobs(sorry) with you and have war like daoc is made to be , you all cry if noone is in agramon and you cry if 1 player too much around there , the real fun are the big fights where your graphics processor is exploding so guys, help your realm , take people with you that seems nooby to you , do some great RvR<-- not guild vs guild or grp vs grp shouldnt be so hard hope my weird english was understandabla  |

@ Teshi I agree, more people in rvr is more fun. That's one of the reasons why i keep coming even when i die 10 times by a bigger group then me solo. My experience is that when I stay in agramon I can get more hibs into rvr who think they don't stand a chance solo.
