If this comand infulence our rvr positively i'm strongly for it but i really doubt it will. It ppl's fault that we are not able to have real fight in Agra. In your situation, why do you think hibs were hidding? Because they didnt stand a chance against fg. How to you think it would end if you met those hibs? They would get rolled like a soloers and leave... Result? RvR dead again but hibs quit not mids...
What i want to advice is to create smaller grp. If you're 7 make 3 and 4 ppl grp. Your enemies will also and we will have great rvr. Why do you always have to come with more and more? Is there any reason to make fg vs 3-4-5? Think it over again and choose your way. There are many players leaving this server cause of no real fun in rvr. yea i know. Jogging ftw. |

We were 6 not fg, 1 of us was not 50 and sc. We lost also a 5 vs 6 fight so I don't think 5 hibs were hiding from the same 6 mids they was able to kill.
I agree with you that the bigger problem is in the player mind, but that it's hard to fix^ |

Cepsx it dosnt work that way sadly, i mean, its like ur saying MB shoulda kicked 2 guys lastnight after they wiped us and we were only 6, ofc they wont tho, hoping we come back wit 8,and it would b logical ( only that albs overpopulated but sadly has no sorcs to speak of )
I understand the growth rates of grps, as in 2vs2...mids bring another, abls bring another etc etc. But if u got some friends on etc and u make a 6 man grp and go out,see 3 mids, cant really think albs should now split the grp just goz of that... I do understand that,if mids dont get help and get rolled again they will quit, but how is it possible to know, for one side, that the other cant or willnot get help and that first side is overpopwering em. Ofc if i read u correctly, ur saying tat having 6vs4 lets say and making that 6 into 8 after that has no sense, on that point i agree wit u ^^

I had the idea to show an indicator when there are 30+ player in Agramon. That could encourage people to go there because of the action. Else if you have no indicator it could mean there could still be 29 players inside and it could be worth entering the zone.
Showing exact player counts will not come. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

a counter like is described by blues seems fine to me,
apart from this (or instead of this) it would be fine to see the distribution of the realms in agramon in percent, so ppl would know that thers an enemy and that they can log to help their own realm. im alb. when i see Hib 50%, Mid 50%, Alb 0%. This would be reason for me to log in to participate ![]()

It will be useless, if you see 30 players people say: they are zerging we don't come, if you don't see it you think it's empty^ The bigger problem here is that people think that when there are more than 8 people from a realm in rvr it means zerg. It would be very nice to have more groups for each realm running (even small groups) because with only 1 fg running the stronger fg always win and the other quit. It seems here not many people know you can run also by your own |

What about grey mobs (Scout of Albion/Midgard/Hibernia) running/standing around on main roads of Agramon, which send a broadcast or something like that if they see enemy forces. Or maybe they start to cast a 20sec spell to summon a messenger. Just something to tell players there is a small/big group of hib/mid/alb in the northern part of agramon or they lost contact to a scout roaming in this area (if you prevent him from sending a message just to tell them that you are there but not how many you are) Another possibility not to give too much information with such a message could be if you say 5 people = 30% chance that the message says some enemies have been seen; 50% a small group of realm xyz has been seen; 20% a group of enemies has been seen. Just to keep secrect how many enemies are exactly there but to tell that its not really necessary to come with a full group. Maybe the chances could be calculated more dynamic by count, level and realmrank of the enemies.

That idea could be good. We could place explorer or scouts at mile gates of each realm, and if you kill them the whole attacked realm says:
A xxx explorer was just been killed by 4 enemy players. Or some other way to let all know there is someone in rvr |
|
great idea but dont make them tell how many.. just that they have been killed..
that way you will still see solos go out even if they see scouts being killed if you see the spam: xxxx has been killed by 10+ enemies almost no one will go out except they can get a grp going ![]() |

When we had such a counter for Emain Macha, we often had the problem that a count of 1-3 players or even an empty RvR area did not motivate players to join the battles, but made them stay out of the zone. In some cases players even prefered joining Braemar RvR.
Never again! ![]() |

Actually I don't think the situation in agramon could be worse than now

i still vote for scouts which /broad about enemies being seen.. not how many or what realm they were from.. but just a broad whenever they see someone go through the gates in agramon
would for sure lead to more people logging their 50 toons to check out what is going on |

Situation in Agramon is not that bad than some time ago. @topic: We implemented kill messages with precise locations where possible. Would it make sense to give you a direction hint where someone was killed? Like "XY was killed in Agramon north west from your location"? Would it be bad? Should npc give hints about directions? It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

i dont think we need grps getting hints where some solos are, because if something would tell you, where someone is at. That is more useful to a grp, running around with speed, then a player by him or her self, with no speed.
