Cathal Valley is still a official server implemented map, but did you take a
closer look onto the map? If it is comparable to Old EmainMacha the starting
positions are...

North_East: Midgard
South_East: Albion
South_West: Hibernia

...while in the straight eastern part a keep without towers can be found.
Around 50% of the map are "closed" due to milegates meaning that the
RvR concentration will be found more or less in the direct center of Cathal
which will unforutnately lead to:

-> concentration of rvr at one point = only zerg
-> almost no 8vs8

I'm not a straight 8vs8 player, but the intention is to offer our community
a rvr zone that offers all possible kinds of RvR including epic battles, places
for 8vs8 and even 1vs1 fights on key positions.

I love if it could be realizable, but only zerg even if that's cool, need epic, solo, and 8v8 battles as you said ^^

I think a vote which runs a few weeks isn't very good. I think you should make a new vote if you want to have a good information. It was wrong to start the poll that early after the zone change. Now, after having played for a longer time you should vote (and maybe think diffrent about all this)

I think the RvR as it is now is good and it could be even better and more RvR population if there won't be so much BG RvR.

I can't understand some ppl saying there is nothing going on in X-Realm. There is action every day (and there are also stupid ppl rading keeps at 5 o clock xD), just make a grp and if you need it say in the uthgard chan that you are online - this isn't rvr info is it? This would give other realms courrage to log in!

whats wrong with agra only ? i mean people have voted for it - but unfortunatly got something completly different with keeps here and keeps there , the action is anywhere - just not in agramon.

don´t get me wrong - i really like the idea of the setup . but its pointless to split the 3 chosen hotspots by a complete zone. people wanted that zone inbetween those spots - not stupid keep/bridge camping .

set spawn on the bridge entries and everything is fine.thats what people initially wanted. one keep in the middle and the keepcampers are happy. agramon on its own is large enough.

when you watch the pure numbers of ppl online at best daytime you will see there is much less action
as in the good old emain days.
(expl. yesterday 16.30 h: amount of 3(!) mids in whole Frontiers)
-> ppl left server for rvr is dying.

Little agramon oder good old emain both is acceptable, i think.

pls. do the changes now.

Please think about your statement again. I'm afraid you have not yet noticed the difference between Old Emain Macha (in Old Frontiers) and Emain Macha (in New Frontiers).

sorry.

to specify this i meant the emain before the rvr changes.

I`m not expert in battelgrounds nor maps, but i play here almost every day and i can only say that i have the feeling new frontiers are empty.
That is sad.

Old Frontiers hm....

I think the OF Keeps are very very very ugly - I would like OF if we put some of the new keeps in it :)

i was wondering when the rvr zone is going to change many people have voted for more fun and better rvr zone as many mids have noticed there is few and few ppl playing on uthgard and have fun rvring only the hibs seem to have 24/7 zerg and the odd alb grp now and then so it seems mids and albs dont enjoy this so the game has lost it point to play it

OF keeps are static objects and part of the zone while NF keepcomponents can be set everywhere.

I've voted for only Agramon zone but truely say not only the zone is a problem. There have been changes that really dont help 50s rvr... Just look at exp bonus. 10% in Braemar, 15% in Wilton, 20% in Thidranki, 0% in 47+... If anyone thought it would make highest rvr more atractive he was hm wrong?? I'll present you shortly how "good, old" rvr on Uthgard was.
1. early morning hours- lvlers came to Emain to get good exp with bonus and no enemies add
2. a bit later 50lvl players come to kill those lvlers. If lvlers didnt want to get killed they simply could have simply changed the map.
3. more 50lvls result in creating some lower populated grps.
4. more smaller grps create fgs and sometimes zerg.
5. late hours and sometimes zerg, sometimes fgs, sometimes soloers depends on players mood.

If you compare this situation to our nature :D you will clearly see same dependences. Even if one of those "steps" got changed it will bring all others "steps" to ruin. And at last when i triend to force my idea of removing /xp off comand many ppl asked why i want to destroy someones fun and force him to play high rvr. At this point i want to ask why so many ppl destroy our fun of getting better exp in rvr zone even being killed by enemy?? I've missed the point somewhere.
