I think it's needed. A place for people to vent. If you don't wanna read it, you won't have to and I think it'd make the rest of the forums more civilized.

I really need a place to vent how much I hate greedy people who want 300+ gold for some crappy item that a 45+ char could solo easily. I always try to be helpful and giving, I've given away lots of stuff. In fact, I don't think I've ever charged anyone for anything. Medina drops etc I put up at Auctioneer for 50g. Flip to page 2 see the same drop up for 500g. Ridiculous. Be nice to your realm mates, RvR is the definition of a team effort!

The ones who are flaming usually tend to place their postings anywhere but
not where their topic should be supposed to be So, why would we need a
flame forum if the total numbers of flames are very low due to well moderated
forums?
If you need a vent, buy a hound and run around with it on the outside ... or do
sports ... or, well ... sex xD

im missing a stealther/solo thread where u can praise someone for a good fight or flame for adding in a 1on1. U got those threads on every live server. i know this is not live, but it would maybe help to increase the solidarity of the community

Those reasons for a flame forum make me laugh. You don´t seem to see the problems of such a forum thread don´t you? For example the last reason:

I guess such a thread would develop to agressive and offensive behavoir that would lead to massjail/ban. It would in now way "increase the solidarity of the
community".
