The leadership of our guild quit the game and have not logged in for more than a month. I am the highest ranked guild member that has logged in recently.

On live, if four weeks had passed without a rank 0 logging in the next highest guild member that had logged within that time became rank 0 (after an email warning to the previous leader).

Can this function be implemented in Uthgard? The remaining members don't want to disband the guild but we need active leadership, ability to access the guild funds, invite and promote members, etc.
