Is it better to stay full sight, or is it better to have some buffs from the other lines?

I can't remember the spec at 40, but end spec should be 48 sight rest servant for the dex spec buff.

Play around with that char builder, you want that a decent spec dex for your 2, sometimes 3 casts with your quickcast
