as the post was made i had the same, no server status showing nor players created chars and accounts. after a little while it got shown again.
now after server reboot it's the same again; well actually server is still down but nothing is shown again, neither server status nor chars/accounts or players online. |

Any idea at all of when it might be back online? It's been offline for over 4 hours at this point, maybe we can expect to be able to play tonight? tomorrow? this weekend?

Its offline for 4 hours. As I said technical support is on it. Troubleshooting the issue. Hope to be back soon but difficult to estimate when.

i always found the lack of information we get disturbing

"Hardware problems" worked better in the 1990s when the cleaning lady accidentally pulled a few cables while cleaning the joint. I don't think it is good optics in 2019 anymore.
 Don't mean to be an ass, just saying. I do agree more info sharing is always nice. |
