Is it possible to fix so you see whole page on ipad?

I can scroll up and down, if i only could move screen left and right too and it would be a problem, as is right end is «cut»

Should be an easy fix with css. Media tag etc.

happens on mobiles too, for some reason the text to the rightmost part are not visible

I have tried changeing browser since im a noob and it didnt work either
