I've never had an issue like this but it does report your account status on the "Manage account" page: https://www2.uthgard.net/account/

When i click the play button start the updater and then pop up a window and it say i am temporarily suspended

There was no 2. Account this was the account from my friend but is ok there other freeshardes in the world ,you ban me
whit no info and no email or something.

Check your .at Email. There is no question, there are two accounts with different emails from you.
