Hello,
I have a problem when using Mouse Pan:
- when I click on the screen with the right button (configured as Mouse Pan) and move the mouse to the right (to see to the left side of my character) and I release the mouse button, the screen back to normal position at the speed selected ifor Snapback. Thats OK.
- when I click on the screen and move the mouse to the left (to see to the right side oa my character) and I rellease the mouse button, the screen makes my character spinning one time on itself. that is not fun at all :(

I made a video of this: https://youtu.be/iuqML6GpJu4

My video drivers are up to date. Any idea ?
Thanks for help.

yeah just don't use snapback, it is a bad feature.
you can use /setcamera and bind the camera position to a keystroke to get instantly back to your prefered view or just pan back.

I used snapback for years without problems. The problem is there for 3 days only.
I completely erased all traces of daoc in my PC (Live and Uthgard) and completely reinstalled the game from "darkageofcamelot.com/download". The problem is still here.

Is it a new bug or... ? Any true technical answer please ?

I think you mean the suddenly quick movement with your mouse?

I know this only from certain games using certain engines for first person shooters, where moving left is faster than moving right, with the mouse.

Not sure what this may cause in your DAoC experience.

You right, i found things about this problem in WOW, CS and other games. But all of them have advanced controls for video, thats not the case for DAoC.

But... I solved my problem today !!! :hammer:

/resetcamera, then adjust my camera and /setcamera, all is back to normal now !

/snapback is GREAT
