ForumKeep getting 502 Bad Gateway when creating new account

I am trying to create a new account for myself and hopefully my girlfriend if this can be fixed. Every time I try to confirm that I understand your rules I get a 502 bad gateway.
If someone knows a work around or what I need to do to fix this issue that would be great! Thanks. |

I used gmail...Google.
