So no one cares? Afaik was this problem multiple times reported. Even when we were at a Keep (Beno) about half a year ago, a GM was there and Holsten reported it. GM said he will take a look and we never heard of him.

I mean, hello... i play a melee and my char can't hit things that are right in front. So i suggest a deadzone for casters too where they arent able to nuke melees so if we are on them they cant do nothing against us, would just be fair...

This problem is known and quite hard to fix unfortunately. The shrooms are misplaced on the Z axis but appear on-ground for you.

Maybe I can put in some workaround until the placement is fixed.

They should be attackable with spells and melee, if an animist places with z axis in the air. Is no excuse for animist to continue to do so.

This needs fixing! Fixed or not though, surely the smart play here is to nuke, single or AOE them with caster dmg from range anyway - not with melee. If you are range, they will be hurting you. I understand if you are on the ram, this is harder but bring casters to the fight to support you.


Talking with animist players.... they have no idea you could not attack these shrooms, as they see dmg to them all the time and they can't poke their heads out the window to look - and really it's not their responsibility to check the game is working right. The reason for using the z axis is to help see the GT from in the keep/at the walls as there are so many issues in placement of the shrooms - so this is why - not to cheat.

In terms of fixing - can you not just drop the shrooms to the surface nearest under the z axis. This is what they appear to be doing, so why can't that be possible?
