my point of view:

i was running around with aische (minstrel) on my cleric salbear. we where roaming for around one hour in emain without any inc . basicly just checked level spots and camped bridges for a while . the only other players we saw where albs .

we did pass that albs at the granny spot - got buffed by them and i gave em aoe buffs to help em grinding.

we continued our search for inc without success , so aische logged about 10-15 minutes later ( had a duel in tk to test debuff charges, and where talking a bit on TS).

so i was alone on my cleric - nobody else around i know , and i decided to log off(was no inc out there anyway)

---

i read the forum a bit , made a coffe + a small snack . was toying around with an ra respec and what i would ra spec i would take after the next DR on my cleric. that took ~25minutes.

---

i logged back in , this time on my shadowblade cause i couldn´t do much with my cleri alone.its been some time till i saw the other albs and i was pretty sure they logged out.(was about 3am)

so i just ran my usual route at nighttime (basicly just xp spots - since theres usually just lvlers on at that time). pretty empty - nothing around. i checked half the spots when i arrived at the granny spot and found levlers there.

and killed the last of em ~50 minutes after i buffed them.

i just ran my normal route , it was late at night and a lot of things can happen during 40 minutes(either they log , or get more ppl so they need a higher spot)

if i´m that rp hungry - wouldn´t i just qtd after i passed them and gank em right away . without the risk of them logging out ?

even if they would get more people and have changed the spot i would have found em sooner or later on my usual xp spot route.

can you really blame me for wanting to have rvr at unusual times and expect me of using 40 minute old information for my "advantage" ?

even on live you got that timer where you can´t switch realms - and thats like 30 mins.

i´ve been playing mid before - almost everyone in alb knows that , i even got my sb in my signature. and i usually just play it if there is no point of playing my cleric (either zergs or just no people around i usually play with)thats when i play my sb.

its not that i log alb - do who emain, then log hib do who emain and log mid if there is enough out there to gank.

all i knew was that there may be still albs out there , thats it. and to get punished with 7 days of jail for a vage information ....hmm there are a lot worse people out there.

time flies by if you level - it may felt like 15 minutes but it was a lot more .you may check the logs if you really wanna know - but i accept the punishment for playing in 2 different realms and violate the buffbot rule.

Even though I absolutely dislike cross-realming I think the staffs decision in
this issue is far too harsh. As Salbei stated he waited more than 30min which
is about the live servers' timer. In my opinion it is absolutely unfair to jail a
player who is ocassional switching for late night rvr to another realm especially
while there are other players who are intentionally switching realms for winning
team purpose during primetime rvr!
Characters:
Midgard: Nothing atm
Albion: Nothing atm
Hibernia: suxx ^^
