I'm level 26. According Journal i should talk with Rory in Valley of Bri Leith. But he does not talk with me. Do i have to be level 30 for this step? If Yes, is it possible to add a hint to step #14?

i have no idea, but on zam they said you need to wear the ring, to make him talk to you. and on zam its lv 30
