Hi, i'm having consistent lag and packet loss in game these days.
The Loss bar turns into red too many times and I can see my commands being delayed like 1 sec then.
So I tried to find the reason, and did traceroute test as you posted on support forum.

As a result, I found out that all the numbers from 2 to 30(except number 1) resulted in timeouts,
and all of those spots were filled with asterites.
the result of number 1 had 3 '<1ms' and my IP number on the far right.

According to your post, i guess i'm having a problem with it, but dunno what to do next.
Could you tell me what i should do now?

And how do i send this .txt file to you?
I see nothing like 'add file' button in PM/E-mail menu.
