I am starting back with a bro and was wondering what the most fun duo group would be for RVR AND PVE. It doesn't have to be the BEST

Im in Albion, but i will give you my opinion anyway.

If you want to only level as a duo:
Shaman buff and Skald
or
Healer Pac and Skald

Healer Pac and Runemaster Suppress

If the skald is willing to get LW2, you could have the shammy go cave. Those bolts/dots are brutal with perma sprint

Aug/Cave Shaman
Pac/Mend healer
is a surprisingly strong Combo.

Having ichor and purge we knocked out up to 5 man groups at about the same realm ranks.
It always depends a bit on the enemy setup as well as the given situation of course.

That duo was a lot of fun to play during Uth v1 at least.
Took down a r10 bm + r10 bard duo with that, even though the shaman was group rvr speced
Not to forget how silly it was vs the stealthzerg. Now with 30 min purge it should even work better!
