Some interesting rosterchanges in the active hib guilds must have happend, anyone care to share or introduce yourselves?
Im not sure if you guys are running 8man, open BGs or just doing your own thing as a guild but from the outside seem to get good results and be very active.

Glad to see some "out of the box" maneuvers from your side in different situations over the past week(s), mixed with some old Blood Feud tricks You guys are deffo putting up a hard fight, and doing abit of zergbusting and showing other whining hibs that your realm has some amazing tools to defend your keep/realm even if outnumbered. Eventhough it hurts getting dropped by you guys, its healthy for the less populated realm to see your guild having succes and inspire others to come out (i refuse to blame it purely on relics that hibs are out rvring from their hibernation state past months)

One question thouhg about tonights fight at Bledmeer. We had barely pulled guards and deployed a ram before you had the first 6 bombsquaders running from the hill inside the keep, were you logged out there or randomly just nearby? because if you were logged out on that hill you couldnt have had time to do much buffing before running in, soon as you saw your keep getting hit.

Either way gratz on what seem to be a succesful merge(?) or simply just a new reformed guild of active players. Cant wait to drown you all in mud(buddies) on the battlefield.

Hi, I am one of the 3 GMs from the guild <Astronauts>
First i'd like to say that I really appreciate for taking your time and write this post about/for us and i'm happy to introduce ourselves.

We are a small group of people from different parts of the world who managed to build a solid friendship. We come from a bigger guild from Hibernia and that's where we started to play together. This guild <Astronauts> has been born because there has been a few of us getting the same feeling about the lack of leadership from the guild we were in and in the same time we knew Hibernia needed more RvR guilds out there. We are an RvR based guild but we do like to explore the PvE zones and just have fun doing epic encounters with bosses that put up on a challenge, from time to time.

We run 8man or smallman depending on the time and the challenge we get in frontiers, sometimes we are enough to build 2 FGs and form a guild RvR event but sometimes we have no choice but to do smallman against 8man+ by defending keeps. We like challenges and we're always up for RvR fun. We mainly like to do our own things cuz we all know how hard is to find/convince people to come join and it just takes too long to get everyone together. We just dont have time for that... but on the other side, we're always up to join a zerg and defend the realm when it's in danger. Overall we like to enjoy all that DAoC Uthgard has to offer tho we'd pretty much like to see new stuff implemented like SI for that matter

About the fight you mentioned at Bledmeer the other night, i've been there and you guys just got unlucky because we just decided to randomly roam in mid and we were passing through HMG in Odin's when we got the spam from the keep.

With this said... i am not sure what u mean about the Blood Feud tricks.

I really wish more guilds were taking that approach and doing more guild based rvr, no matter if you can field a small man or a fullgroup+. going out with what you got online within the guild, something more modern mmos adapted but for somereason didnt come to these classic daoc servers where people are still stuck on 8man focus and not guildfocus.

I'm late to the party here, but I have to echo the sentiments given by Schmurda and Dulci. As was already stated, we in large branched off from our previous guild to get a fresh start and play how we feel like playing, so it was very exciting to see how successful our launch week was, and it's heartwarming to read a post like yours, Wonshot, so thank you!

In regards to the zergers/adders tag:

I'm not a GM so I can only speak from a member's capacity, but I don't think we formed with the intention of being an 8man guild. We have fun running as 8, for sure, but you'll often find us with more or fewer. We play with what we have, and how we feel appropriate given the action
