I cant speak on behalf of alb BG leaders, but after the dance at Crim where hibs refused to fight in the open and were hugging the keeprange preventing albs to make a push, it just got old.

But once again good fights from the latenight shift of hibernia. seemed to be pretty even numbers.

Albs took all our keeps (apart from Behn) around 6AM GMT, we were preparing a small defence and then they decided to hit... Bledmeer :-P

to elaborate a little further.
The past two weeks especially, hibs (mostly bomb groups) have really done some spot on keepdef and lordroom setups. its a challange to push into and break. Playing outnumbered, or picking a fight like that with a clear advantage is fine and very understandable.

With that being said though, yesterday at Crim seemed to be even numbers between hibs and albs. And hibs were still in what looked to be "underdog" or must-hug-the-keepwalls mindset. I get that it was your frontier getting invaded, but constantly having to play into jumping lurikeens on keep walls is getting old. Epecially when it could had been some nice open field fights with even numbers.

So yeah, you might have been setting up nicely, like you always do. And even though you didnt have any shrooms yesterday, its getting annoying to play on your terms all the time Hibernia.

I get it though, it was not a blue sunday event and you didnt know if albs would go for relics so focusing on the keeps in your frontier is logical. But Im sure you can see how its not too appealing contantly attacking well defended keeps vs the caster realm

Oh and Glacier giant was up, Evern wasnt

my 2cents.

At crim we were slightly outnumbered, but we were not all together. our group got there just before the doors closed.

At bolg we didnt make it inside. At Ail it was 4-5 alb groups vs 6 hibs. We managed to scrounge together about 10 at the RK to give you guys a fight, but you left :(

So you dont want hibs to play to their strengths. you want them to play to albs strengths instead ? That makes sense

Meh weak bait. ill bite anyways since the forums are dead. :gaga:

As I stated in my previous post, albs have been playing into Hibs strengths for the past two weeks, very well knowing what awaited. Running with heavily singletarget casters into lordroom bombs, and heavily shroomed keeps. And its getting old if that is the only play you got in the tactical-book. as you are hinting at with the line of:
"so you dont want hibs to play to their strengths"

Last i checked kiting, stun, debuff, assit nuke worked fine in the open and not just when you have lurikeens with jetpacks jump-casting from the walls like its a bouncing castle you are sitting in
so dont go wonder and feel cheated if you are drawing smileys for hours with your shroomes and noone comes knocking, every time.

Guess ill just wait for next Blue sunday to get my fix of open field fights, Holsten my friend. Have it been 4 weeks yet
On the other hand, running into Playfull's blades in the open is super scary so i should be careful what i wish for @Playfull /mememe
