Rage delete

Had a guild mate...in a fit of rage hit the delete button :(

So a couple of level 50 toons plus lgm in a couple of areas are gone.

He thinks there is no chance of getting his account re-set.

I guess the option of re-levelling even with guild help does not really seem worthwhile.

Is there no chance of getting his rage delete re-set ?
