Why the powerbar start to raise when health and endu bars started many seconds before? sometimes the endu bar is full before the power bar starts

Could be explained by: (not real, just random estimates)
1 endo every 7 seconds 1 power every 21 seconds 1 health every 21 seconds It would take 3 endo steps for 1 power/health step. Also the more power/health you have the less it will go up, as it is point based not percentage based. While endo will always have a set amount of total endo. Reminder to Self: Quality over Quantity, what is the Value here?

iirc power ticks every 10 seconds in combat, and does not swap back to 3 second pulses until
1. you're out of combat 2. the last 10 second tick has completed |

supposedly all bars have a delay after the combat flag fades to start recovering, what I don't understand is why the power bar delay is waaaaay longer than the other bars

I suspect there is also the 50% treshold. at 50%+ power maybe the regen starts faster than at 50% -
