I like how ppl immediatly start insulting others. Mids did hold on to the relic for a quite a while, especially if you consider that albs/hibs have been going for the relics daily.

Nobody holds relics forever, it's cyclic..Taking is and always will be more fun than defending, and defense fatigue is a real thing.

My experience with DG is that they will start out running 8, and if conditions allow, they'll run that way..but if it's zergy out, they will link up with another 8 or 2 if that's what it takes to be competitive on that particular day., I can't say that I'd approach any differently, that's just common sense..Oh, we're gonna stay true to 8 and keep getting sammiched by these two 40+ zergs..that'd be silly and unproductive.
