Okay so the 3rd baby is back safe and sound with his brothers, after a hectic few days being kidnapped by evil reds
 We, the good guys, tried something new on this relic raid and without knowing if this little trick worked as intended the raid was a succes. Now additional layers of tripwire will be spread across Yggdra forest, the guard wolves will not be fed, and some of the trolls will be put to work extending that moat they onces started digging around our proud Grallahorn to stop it being a lake the kobolts on summer vacation will enjoy a nice swim in, and actually assist in fortifing the fortress  In other words, the server is still somewhat alive even in the off hours where most relic flips take place <<Bombling>> - Supp SM Lvl 50 - RR 7L0

Mids shouldnt have taken any relics at first point. Its 1.65, favour to mids, highest pop mids, most active in rvr are mids.
It just make the other two realms weaker. Give them back to hib... for the sake of the server. |

People will kill greys, people will take relics, and people will complain the other realms don't do more RvR Albion and having fun

WOW big deal, you take keeps and attack the hardest to defend relic keep in the game and act like you did something great? why is it that Alb relic keeps are on flat ground where mid and hib relic keeps are on huge los nightmare hills? |

How is Excalibur on flat grounds? And how does Mid have an adventage? To Hibs i can see, but a semigood Albgroup will easily rape us

Rps are totally irrelevant ! Like every game that as a "ranking system" the more you play the better is your position. DAoC is all the same, you could be the better player in the world, if you play like a god 1h a week, you'll be at the very bottom of the ladder. If you play like a monkey 12hours a days, you'll be at the top. Even if there are very good mid groups out there, the realm just play more in RvR overall. From january 10ish to today. |

Those stats are bad, but they could have evened out some time after launch? Wait, top 10 players last 2 weeks has 6 mids, 3 albs and 1 hib, the 25 has 13 mids. So yeah, the patch lvl liked mids, a lot. Albion and having fun

its not that the Patch lv likes mids.. its just, they are brave enough to run all the time. Even with or without relics in the back. And a lot run daylie.. not only 1-2 times/week like some alb + hib grps do atm.

20 of the top 25 players of all time are mid.

I play Mid and I too believe that this server setup favors Mid. We are able to level up with the same spec that we use in RvR. That alone allowed us to get RvR ready before the other realms. So we took the first keeps, and that gave us DF early which helped us level up and gear up early. Some of our folks got to higher Realm Ranks early. All those factors caused the other realms to play less.

ok patch wise pve yes maybe.
like what gil says above.. okay.. true.. but in rvr, mids hold no advantage. GroupPurge > PR. Ichor?? 14 point ra with 15:00 timer??? nature druids get one in a spec line... SOS BOF ?? don't even need an elaboration there.. this is why I use rr2 as an example. until hibs and albs have their ra's then yes, mids probably hold an ra (therefore rvr) advantage. But once they do? pfft. theres no contest who has the love there. I hear people talk about celerity... well.. those people probably don't have to fight an alb 3 relic tank group, that sos on inc.. I'm of course biased towards mid as I play there, but ive also done my fair share of 8v8. I think 20k kills across my two toons, and from my experience, mids have zero advantage there.
