same here, got portet about 7 times from the beginning on, randomly aoe stun aoe damage. Dragon did not go down to less than 60 % wtih about 5-6 fg prolly more

been secureing all the sides where he could port and tried the dragon with the rest.

so the try it with 3 fg tactic does not work either.

PLEASE check the code, there must be something wrong there !
No tears please, it's a waste of good suffering.

Just asking, would it maybe help if we organised a Dragon Raid for some point when a GM has the time to have an eye on it? Im sure lots of people will be willing to show..

also, thanks for replying to the players posts about this issue.

This Sunday, right after the Blue Sunday Event would be a good opportunity to gather 80 to 100 Level 49+ and test the dragon.

@Runental Could you lead?

Sorry Gil, that wont work for me.
I had a small trip to Hibernia, capturing some "Three" footage ín line with my Firby Bard. :)
Currently the realm switch timer is at 20% to Friday.
Expect a Dragonraid from me on Saturday or Sunday next week. I will post further infos in this topic.

Thanks bro. Next Saturday would be better for many of us. I'm on a Cruise this weekend between Denmark and Norway...

I'll miss this Blue Sunday! :(

But... I get too hang out with Kim Larsen (Danish Singer). Dru & I booked the Cruise before we knew that this was Blue Sunday event weekend.

Looking forward to dragon raids, Midgard really needs it :hammer:

The dragon mechanics have not changed since February when they went in. Please do not spread false information that are "rumors". "I'm hearing" is not a valid response. The ONLY change that went in recently was making sure GLARE messages appear and the proper 'breath' messages appear. Nothing mechanically changed, like when certain spells happen.

Likewise, the suggestion that ONLY hib or ONLY mid or alb would change is a bit misinformed. In terms of implementation, they all operate the same way save for their unique abilities and resist tables.

With that said, I am testing a revamped dragon. At the moment we need to work through an AI issue where the dragon will not move to the target they want to aggro. Once that is resolved, I expect to move forward with revamped dragons. You will find them less erratic.

Hi

I am new back to Uthgard, I played I think over 8-10 years ago on Uth 1 and it was awesome, My Shaman back then 'Tired' had loads of fun.

Can i firstly say thank you to the guys who make this server happen, I loved killing the Dragon on Uth 1 and hope one day that Midgard can kill a dragon again, I sadly mispecced my first char and would love the opportunity to respec him and play the game fully.

I think it says 8-12 weeks since Mid killed a Dragon, so clearly a big problem here which I am sure is being resolved.

Thanks

Last night, Wed Sep 13, 2017 2:33 am, Abydos wrote about the dragon,

"Fix soon. Just waiting on additional player testing. I found the cause of the last bug and I just need players to test. Homepage issue(s) means its unlikely tonight :("

So lets go test it.
