can't finish Seek the Moonstone quest

I have Nock's head to give to Macnol for Seek the Moonstone level 15. He is neutral but he will not accept the head.

Please fix this I would like to do my epics.

Are you wearing Fagan's Ring when you talk to Macnol?

hi, what have i to say to macnol? i wear the ring, he is neutral for me, i whisped: hello/hallo/seekthe moonstone etc but he gives me a dirty look

Look at quest /j normally it says what you have to /s or do but in your case i personally think you just have to drag item from inventory to him :)
