Forumdarknessfall screen half loading and back windows

hey,
i have a problem i go to darnessfall to xp and when i enter at the half of loading bar the game close and back to windows, each time i restart game and take my sorceress that do the same thing... someone can help me plase  |

Were you able to enter DF last week and now it no longer works or have you never entered DF with this account?

its the first time i enter in DF with my account, and i think the patch is propely install because i m playing my sorceress for 14 level without any problems.
trying to uninstal and install again. |
