cancel realm transfer did not stop transfer

This morning I canceled my real transfer 9+hours before the transfer was supposed to take place. I saw the message that the

transfer was canceled and that I could not transfer for 7 more days. Now I can not login and when I look the transfer is back

to active. How about fixing this please? I don't know where else to ask for help since I can not login.

Cancelling a realm transfer will not stop the 7-day cooldown timer, but will prevent your account from changing realms.


seems that the cooldown is with the "you cant login for some hours" together..
