with 5038 posts its easy to miss them, but I am very emote-ie. Blue did a very good job programming my AI to be relatable and appear human.

would really like to know if the BGs will see a bump to cap at 48 or 49 because my bard is currently 48 and would really like to be able to rvr in the bg before XPing anymore on him. by reading the posts in this thread i think we can all clearly see where the majority stands on this...most people would like to see the last bg cap at 49.

Stellar work, and a big thank you to all the devs :D I'm happy to see how cautious you have been with the changes. I think the merchant keep bonuses are a good compromise, and while I'm hesistant about the non-1.65 level/RR cap changes for BG's, I'm happy to see you're making them more leveling friendly.

I hope a reasonable compromise can be found in regards to the relic boons. And +1 for group member bonus xp!

+1 at BG Change (it was very nice to xp there and helped alot).

i will think about coming back. little bit more QoL Changes needed ! (horseroute to slow etc.)

FWIW if you report horseroutes that have slow spots we can check them out. We need the Start NPC and destination.

there are 2 checks...1 for level and 1 for rps...if you fail either you will not be able to return to the BG...your logic is flawed.

yeah thats true i somehow had rp off in the back of my mind.

anyway the cap is 3L3 thats not even 100k RPs. level range is from 42 to 47 thats more than enough levels... if theres enough action most people will probably cap out 45ish anyway (not sure how the increased xp for player kills affects leveling but still).

i dont see the point in demanding an increase of the level cap. i think people should be glad they got some changes in their favour.

Die News sind echt klasse,gerade für mich und all die anderen,die zeitlich bissl eingeschränkt sind(familie und so),ist diese änderung echt supi.
Desweiteren ist es schön zu sehn,das sich der Staff auch auf die Spieler und ihre Anliegen einlässt.
Das lässt die Uthgardgemeinschaft noch enger zusammenwachsen.
Und auch wenn es warum auch immer nicht mehr Spieler bringen sollte,ist ws doch ein grosser Gewinn für die ,die schon hier sind.
Klasse!!!

So wird Linc dieses Jahr doch noch 50 :D

Unless they have no other changes coming soon this would be a bad idea. There only chance of getting those players back needs bigger changes than this. Send out an email going "We slightly improved BG's and xp in BG's ONLY and you blow your very last shot at those players. Because they are NOT coming back with changes this small.

tbh this bg change makes it even more off-putting to start on uth 2.0 for me.
i already didnt really like bgs on uth 1.0. they felt annoying but also kind of mandatory so you dont start in 50s rvr with too much of a rr disadvantage.
imho these changes dont really touch the bottom of the problem.

Genjiro, please keep in mind that it's a two way street. Waiting patiently requires some measure of trust from the person waiting on the other end that the wait will be worthwhile.

I suspect people are waiting for something bigger and from previous action and staff comments - they might be worried that part two is just going to fall short of expectations.

I sincerely hope part two comes with a very clear direction of what people can expect because it seems that there is still quite a bit of expectations floating around that have not been tempered.

What the game has always needed is an escape hatch.

Too many zerging in emain? go alb, same problem alb? go mid, same problem mid? go ???

To a certain extent Cathal valley, and Molvik did that, they were popular for a reason, and other bgs weren't for a reason.

When they added lvl 50, and RR5 as the cap to CV it added a new life to it post lvl 49.

Anyways, just some food for thought.

I may return to check this out.

However, I also play for the group pve as well as pvp. This seems to help the solo player more to lvl up quicker but I may take a look to see if I am wrong. Returned to EQ since groups for either pvp/pve were thin.
