here is the text

"something went wrong during the patching. sorry :( -- we encountered this error:

the magic number in GZip header is not correct. Make sure you are passing in a GZip stream."

happens in all browsers, cleared chache, restarted, and nothing. any suggestions?

Are you connected via wifi? If so use a cable. Do you have a lot of other activity going on during patching? If so, stop it.

using Ethernet. closed everything else and still getting it. tried uninstalling launcher and reinstalled and still getting the same error.
